Saperavi – Red Semi-dry wine (Qvevri)

Saperavi grapes are harvested in the vineyards of village Arkhiloskalo, Dedoplistskaro Municipality, Kakheti Region. The grapes were gently selected by hand. The wine was produced in clay vessel Qvevri, using old Kakhetian traditions. Fermented with grape pomace for 55 days, that ensured its full body and rich fruity aroma. Produced by the use of natural yeast, without filtration and processing.

Rkatsiteli grapes are harvested in Kakheti region. The best bunch of grapes were gently selected by hand. The wine was produced in Qvevri, using old Kakhetian traditional methods. Fermented with grape pomace for 6 months, that ensured its light tannin and lasting finish. Produced with the use of natural yeast, without filtering. Stands out with rich fruity aromas and pleasant taste.
